HD型袋式除塵器有六種規(guī)格：分A、B、C三型，A型設(shè)灰門、B型設(shè)抽屜，C型既不設(shè)灰門也不帶抽屜，下部加法蘭根據(jù)用戶要求直接配接在庫頂、料倉、皮帶運(yùn)辦機(jī)等揚(yáng)塵設(shè)備上就地除塵，粉塵直接回收。
      This series bag filter has six specifications which are A,B and C types. Type A is designed dust door, Type B is designed drawer and type C is designed no dust door and drawer. Bottom flange is arranged in scattering dust equip¬ment of top silo, material silo, belt conveyor according to the user7 s requirement. Power is reclaimed directly.

      結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
1、風(fēng)機(jī)部件采用通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)風(fēng)機(jī)，便于維修更換，并采用隔震設(shè)施，噪聲小；
2、濾料選用的是“729”圓筒濾袋，過濾效果好，使用壽命長；
3、 清滅機(jī)構(gòu)是采用電動機(jī)帶動邊桿機(jī)構(gòu)，使濾袋抖動而清除濾袋內(nèi)表面的方法，其控制裝置分手控或自控兩種，清火時間長短用時間繼電器自行調(diào)節(jié)(電控箱隨除塵器配套)；
4、灰門采用抽門式、灰門式兩種結(jié)構(gòu)，清除灰塵十分方便。 

       Structure characters:
1.The part of fan is applied standard fan and is convenient to repair and change. It use shaking resistant acces¬sory and small noise.
2.Filtering material is used 729 round cylinder filtering bag. It is characterized by good filtering efficiency and long life.
3.Removing dust structure is driven pole structure by motor and clean filtering bag by shaking. Control device has hand control and automatic control.The time of removing dust is adjusted by time relay. Electric control cabinet is placed an order together with dust filter.
4.Dust door is used taking out door and dust door. It is convenient to remove the dust.

      工作原理：
      隨過濾時間，濾袋內(nèi)表面黏附的粉塵也不斷增加，濾袋阻力隨之上升，從而影響除塵效果；采用自控清灰塵機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行定時控振清灰或手控清灰機(jī)構(gòu)停機(jī)后自動搖振數(shù)十秒，使粘在濾袋內(nèi)面的粉塵抖落下來，粉塵落到灰門、抽屜或直接落到輸送皮帶上。

      Work principle:
      With increasing of filtering time and dust of filtering bag, the resistance of filtering bag will be risen and obtain dust efficiency. Rock and vibrate dust with automatic control dust removing structure or after manual control removing dust structure is stopped, shake for about ten seconds and make dust fall down from the surface of filtering bag. Dust fall into dust door, drawer or conveying belt etc.

      使用說明
1、HD系列單機(jī)除塵器機(jī)組，安裝在產(chǎn)生粉塵的機(jī)械設(shè)備鄰近處，并由用戶按照除塵機(jī)組上進(jìn)風(fēng) 口尺寸，自行配制金屬或塑料吸塵管道和吸塵罩(亦可訂貨時與生產(chǎn)廠聯(lián)系，代為配制）。
2、機(jī)組工作前應(yīng)檢查檢修門，各法蘭連接處是否密封，以免泄漏，降低除塵效果。
3、該機(jī)組電壓為380V,從機(jī)組外部電線接上電源后即可開始使用，初運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時，應(yīng)注意風(fēng)機(jī)的 轉(zhuǎn)動方向(如反轉(zhuǎn)，則只需調(diào)換電源接線)。
4、機(jī)組電控箱蓋，在工作時不得隨意打開，如需調(diào)清灰時間，或需檢修電路時，應(yīng)停機(jī)或切斷 電源后進(jìn)行工作。
5、根據(jù)粉塵性質(zhì)和含塵濃度的大小，調(diào)節(jié)定時清灰。
6、吸塵罩是保證機(jī)組處于理想狀態(tài)的關(guān)鍵配件，使用單位應(yīng)根據(jù)加工件的外型尺寸及粉塵的性 質(zhì)，按通、近、封、便設(shè)計(jì)吸塵罩的原則，制作理想的吸塵罩。
7、本機(jī)組不適用于潮濕和帶有腐蝕的氣體，不應(yīng)長時間處理高于12(TC的廢氣，如需用于處理 高溫廢氣，請告知制造廠家訂做高溫濾布。
      Applied description
HD series single dust filters is installed near machine equipment which is sourcing powder. The customer should assort metal or plastic pipe and dust guard according to inlet size of dust filter. (Contact with manufacturer when placing an order.)
Check repaired door before machine is working. All flange connections should be sealing, avoid of leakage and reduce dust efficiency.
The voltage of machine is 380V.Connect with the power and start to use. When commissioning for the 1st time, note rotated direction of fan.(If it is counter-clockwise, change the wire of power.)
Not allow to open the cover of electric control case. If it need to adjust the time of dust, it must stop the machine or cut off the power.
Adjust timing dust according to powder character and dust density.
Dust guard can guarantee key component at best condition. The customer should accord to outline size of workpiece and the character of powder with through, approaching, sealing and convenient principle to design dust guard.
This machine is not used in moisture and corrosive gas. It should not handle above 120 centigrade waste gas. If it needs handle high temperature waste gas, please inform us to order high temperature filtering bag.
